A Brilliant Idea Combined with an Entrepreneurial Spirit
Keith Roman, a SWFL local, started the Beachside Agency in 2017 after noticing a need for high quality, well-managed rental properties in the Vanderbilt Beach area, a favorite destination for his friends & family. Keith's vision started with just one rental house & has since grown exponentially.
With an expanding portfolio, the Beachside Agency Collection includes nearly 40 upscale, destination rental properties as well as the area’s first ever, luxury, boutique B&B, the Vanderbilt Naples.
With over 20 years of hospitality experience I strive to provide the highest level of quality and service in ensuring my guests have the ultimate accommodations. I've seen this area develop into something special since I relocated to Naples two decades ago and I am excited to help create memorable vacations.
